Shipping
Due to turnaround times from Billie's book printers, books will be shipped within 4 weeks of purchase. If you purchase bookish accessories with a book, these will be shipped at the later date as well.
We can ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates are set to reflect the average cost of shipping to these countries.
- Within the United States, this is a flat rate of $12 for any and all orders mades, regardless of weight.
- However, due to the cost of shipping to Canada, the flat shipping rate for orders of up to $40 is $40. Purchasing more than $40 worth of items will result in a lower shipping rate of $30.
Returns Policy
You may return new, non-customized (e.g., books that only bear Billie's signature without additional customization) signed books for a full refund within 30 days of delivery as designated by the USPS tracking site. To initiate a return, you must first contact Billie Nicks by either the Contact Us page or email. Returns will not be processed if you do not first receive written authorization from Billie Nicks to return your non-customized book(s). Billie Nicks is not responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns are not permitted on any bookish accessories (including but not limited to signature nameplates, bookmarks, stickers, or art). If there is an issue with the art that you received, please contact Billie immediately in writing via either the Contact Us tab or by email with a description and picture of the issue. Billie will attempt to resolve the issue to the best of her ability.
You should expect to receive a refund within four weeks of shipping your return. In many cases, however, you will may receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). These time frames are guidelines. It may take more or less time for you to receive a refund.
